Making it Human and Fun: Fuman
People have an “ah-ha” moment when they realize exactly what Rhapsody has to offer – and the best way to have that moment is to have a friend who uses the service talk about it. Enter Desmond and Molly: a young, fun couple who love music and are new Rhapsody subscribers. Exopolis created these characters as a way to explore all that Rhapsody has to offer and share their "ah-ha" moments in a human, accessible way. Molly is smart and tech savvy. Desmond... well, Desmond usually needs things explained to him more than once. Which works out great for us, because Molly can continue to explain Rhapsody to him over and over again in a very natural (and patient) voice.
